• Winter Accessories – All About Getting Glam for NYE!

Hello and Happy New Year, almost!  I know I say it every time I post but I just can’t believe that 2017 is coming to a close!  As I prepare for the new year and I hope that you are as well, I wanted to share some of my favorite glam accessories for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, brunches and dinners.

Since its so cold in NYC/NJ, I am keeping my style simple and warm, but I think that these accessories can glam up a cozy look in 2 seconds!  Check it out below and let me know what you think!

    Seeing Stars

Stars are everywhere on clothing and accessories these days and I love them!  My tacky little heart loves embellishments- stars, pearls, hearts, rhinestones, you name it, I love it!  I guess being a child in the 80s is the reason why!  I got this cute clutch from ASOS and paired it with a couple different looks below.  This necklace is from J Crew and the earrings are from F21.

These champagne glass earrings from Banana Republic SCREAM NYE!

    Traditional Glam with a Twist

You can never go wrong with pearls, like never!  And I love how they are showing up on clothes, coats, boots and bags.  The earrings were a must have from Tory Burch this summer and the bracelet and clutch are both from Banana Republic.  You can pair this with a sweater, dress, all black or jeans!

    Metallic Madness

I love this Rebecca Minkoff metallic affair bag.  My cousin actually put me onto this designer and I think the bags are good quality for a great price.  Hot pink metallic is PERFECT for NYE!  Its a step outside the traditional black and red combo and immediately wakes up any outfit!  The earrings are from Charming Charlie and the necklace is from J Crew (found at a sample sale and has flecks of purple and pink).

    Animal Instincts

I love this little clutch, its sequin, leopard print and has a bow!  I found it at Accessorize in London and it pairs really nice with this J Crew necklace.  Animal print is perfect for NYE – its glam, is basically a neutral and adds a bit of pizazz to any simple look!
