• For the Love of Lucite

Hi Everyone!  Since its been awhile since my last post, I have plenty to share. I’ve been noticing more and more that lucite or acrylic furniture is becoming more popular and that popularity has spilled over into organizing. While watching a show that will remain nameless (lol), I saw the most amazing clear drawer system for makeup or better known as the “Clear Cube”.  After much debate, I decided to buy one for myself and have to say that I am totally pleased with my decision.

In order to make the best use of my cube, I decided to separate my nail polish, eye makeup, lipsticks and lip glosses and blush/foundation. By separating all my makeup, I have found that its easy to get ready in the morning. Also, by storing makeup in a clear container, it’s easier to see what I have and what I need to restock via Sephora 🙂

I have come across a few inexpensive versions in Marshalls and Target that allow you to organize your makeup in individual compartments. Check out the pictures and links below and let me know how you organize your makeup!

Here is a great drawer organizer!

If you have the space, this option is great and cost effective!

Here are a few pictures of my cube and how I have it organized. Let me know what you think.

Here is a picture of one lucite organizer that I found at Marshall’s for $15.

Hi Elizabeth! Thanks so much 🙂 I think that if you stay organized, you definitely know what you have so you don't over buy because we all know, makeup is not cheap!
